Since our bierocks are all handmade, we can customize them in size and variety!

Bierocks

Large, 8-ounce size with delicious fillings wrapped in fresh dough and baked until golden brown. Made fresh daily.

Ground beef with cabbage and onions
Shredded roast with cabbage and onions
BBQ beef—lean shredded roast with tangy BBQ sauce
Mexican—seasoned ground beef, two cheeses and mild green chilies
Breakfast—scrambled eggs, sautéed onions and cheese with choice of ham or bacon

Available individually or cheaper by the half dozen and dozen.

Order half-size bierocks in any variety, or hors d’oeuvre- size bierocks in either the ground beef or shredded roast varieties.
